I went on a trip to California on Saturday at 7:00 am. The plane ride was pretty long but I COULD HANDLE IT! (I was really excited.) When we got to the airport we rented a car. Then we drove to Subway, where Aunt Jackie and Uncle Brant and Maddie were waiting for us. We got sandwiches and headed to the beach. We ate our yummy sandwiches on the beach. Then we went down to the ocean and the waves splashed Grandpa and me. Maddie and Uncle Brant came down to the ocean with us. We had fun! There was a carnival going on by the pier, and we headed over there. Grandpa, Uncle Brant, Maddie and I went on the carousel. While Grandma and Aunt Jackie took pictures. Then Grandma bought me a cute hat. :)
We went all the way down to Route 66. It was cool! We went to a milkshake place and I had an Oreo milkshake. It was GOOD!!
I had so much fun at the beach. Thank you grandma and grandpa. I love you very much.
